Individual Therapy
Paula offers a quiet space to come home to yourself.
Her approach to therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” it’s about gently uncovering what’s always been right. Whether you’re moving through grief, burnout, trauma, or simply feeling lost in your own life, each 50-minute session is a space for honesty, reflection, and deep inner work. Together, you’ll begin to unlearn the stories that no longer serve you and reconnect with the part of you that has always known the way. Come as you are. You don’t need the perfect words just the willingness to show up. 50 minutes £110 available online and in clinic
ConnectEMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps you access and process unresolved pain without needing to relive it. Whether you're carrying trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, or emotional blocks you can’t quite name, EMDR works by gently rewiring how your brain stores distress. The result? Relief that doesn’t just feel better, it is better. In each 60-minute in-person session, Paula guides you through the process with care, safety and at a pace that honours your readiness. Because true healing doesn’t need to be retraumatising. This is where stuckness softens. Where old pain loses its grip. Where new stories begin to emerge. 1 hour £130 available online and in clinic
ConnectClinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is a vital part of therapeutic practice, a confidential and collaborative space where therapists can reflect, grow, and stay aligned with ethical, safe, and effective ways of working. It's a place to think deeply about your client work, explore challenges, celebrate what’s going well, and look after your own wellbeing as a practitioner. As an integrative supervisor, Paula draws on a range of theories and approaches to meet you where you are, honouring your unique way of working. Supervision with her is reflective, relational, and spacious; offering both practical guidance and emotional support. It’s a space where all parts of you as a therapist are welcome. Together, you will explore your work through multiple lenses, bringing curiosity, compassion, and clarity to the therapeutic process so you feel resourced, supported, and connected to the heart of your practice. Paula offers individual and group supervision sessions, with options for 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour sessions depending on your needs. From £90 available online and in clinic
ConnectWorking With Me
Working with me is not about quick fixes or surface solutions. It is about understanding the patterns beneath what feels stuck, building safety within your nervous system, and creating space for honest reflection.
Therapy can feel vulnerable. My role is to offer steadiness, clarity and compassion while we navigate that work together.
I work relationally and in a trauma-informed way. This means we move at a pace that respects your system. Growth does not require force. It requires safety.
Together, we explore the roots of what you are carrying, your relational patterns, the ways your nervous system responds under stress, and the experiences that have shaped you. We strengthen emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness and work towards meaningful, sustainable change.
Sessions are collaborative and thoughtful. We pay attention to what emerges in the room. Therapy is not about performance or perfection. It is about honesty, awareness and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Professional Boundaries
Sessions take place within agreed working hours and professional boundaries.
I am not a crisis service. If you require urgent or emergency support at any time, please contact your GP, call 111 and select the mental health option, attend your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department, or use the services listed on the Support & Crisis Resources page.
Emails are responded to within working hours and are not monitored outside of these times.
What Clients Say About Paula
A Life-Changing Experience!
"I began therapy with Paula at age 51 to address long-standing childhood trauma, and working with her over the past three years has been truly life-changing. Paula combines deep professional skill with extraordinary kindness and intuition. She has an exceptional ability to understand what is beneath the surface and to guide conversations in a way that feels both safe and insightful.
Throughout our work together, she has shown immense compassion while also bringing a thoughtful, highly skilled therapeutic approach. Her intuition, and sensitivity helped me explore difficult experiences at a pace that felt manageable and supportive.
I genuinely feel like a different person now in terms of my mental health and overall happiness. I feel lighter, more confident, and far more at peace with myself and my past.
I’m incredibly grateful for Paula’s guidance and dedication. Her work has had a profound impact on my life, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a therapist who is both deeply caring and exceptionally skilled."

Owen
A Life-Changing Experience!
“Throughout my therapy sessions, Paula has shown me great understanding and empathy. This trust has helped me to explore and make sense of my past experiences and how they affect my emotions, behaviour and thinking today.
Through talking therapy and EMDR, Paula has enabled me to develop strategies and tools to think and act less emotionally and without continued anxiety in difficult situations. I am now able to step back and take a moment to understand that my unhelpful and distressing behaviours and emotions belong to the past and are not helpful or need to be carried with me as an adult. This has enabled me to make sense of some of my challenging experiences of life today.
I now can use a more considered approach to change a difficult situation into a more ordinary and everyday experience, realising that nothing bad is going to happen. I now understand that the fear and anxiety comes from the difficult experiences I had as a younger self and they are not appropriate, helpful or necessary for the experiences and life I have today as an adult.
Thank you Paula.”

Rebuilding Our Relationship!
“An amazing therapist and person you are! I truly appreciate the times that I saw you and the clarity and different perspective you gave me through our sessions! I hope others find the same and you help heal their hearts as you did mine.”
Abigail Dubieniec
“I worked with Paula a few years ago when I was struggling with an eating disorder, and she truly made such a difference in my life. We had weekly phone sessions, and from the very beginning she made me feel heard, understood, and completely supported. She helped me challenge my thinking in ways that felt manageable and compassionate, and I always felt safe opening up to her.
After our initial work together, I took a break from therapy for a while. Recently, I decided to reach out to Paula again because of how much she helped me in the past — she was the only person I felt I could truly trust to support me through this next chapter. I’ve now had a few sessions with her, and already she has helped shift the way I think about myself and my situation. It’s honestly amazing how quickly she helps me gain clarity and perspective.
Paula is such a warm, kind, and genuine person. She creates a space where you feel completely safe and never judged. I’m so grateful to be working with her again, and I truly believe she is helping me build a healthier, happier life. I can’t recommend her enough.”
